SIEMENS SIPREC T โ€“ SPPA-E3000 ELECTROSTATIC FILTER

Electrostatic filters; As a result of many different processes, it cleans useful industrial and waste gases. Siemens offers a complete product portfolio for electrical power supply and automation, both for new plants and for increasing the efficiency of existing plants.

Due to the ever-increasing emissions obligations and energy costs, the demand for electrostatic filters is also constantly increasing. There is a need for solutions that will both cover every point of the supply process and reduce energy consumption.

Siemens; It systematically draws on decades of experience in electrostatic filter operations, particularly in the supply of electrical energy for filters. Siemens conducts various pioneering studies in this field.

SIPREC C (formerly SIFUPIC F) high-voltage energy source with thyristor control unit SIPREC T sets new standards with integrated fuzzy logic optimization and diagnostic tools.

Thanks to the high-voltage energy source SIPREC I (formerly PIC410F/PIC410F), where IGBT Technology is used, cost savings can be achieved in filter installation or replacement processes, with increased filtration efficiency.

The functionality of existing thyristor units is enhanced by the use of the latest thyristor control technologies. Thanks to the upgradeable SIPREC kit, minimal changeover times and greater efficiency are achieved in integrating existing control approaches.

Siemens offers comprehensive services for the installation, commissioning and service/optimization of high-voltage energy sources. We calculate the potential for increased filtration and reduced energy costs. We also have comprehensive solutions for retrofitting/modernizing existing filter systems and installing new systems.

SIPREC I inverter technology increases filtering compared to thyristor systems. The filtering potential is pre-calculated and verified by a test.

Energy savings also mean lowering operating costs and CO2 emissions. Our filter control systems, used together with our SIPREC ODS expert software, optimize the energy consumption of filter systems.

TRANSFORMER RECTIFIER SETS FOR SIEMENS ELECTROSTATIC FILTER

SIPREC T consists of HV control cabinet with integrated SIPREC thyristor controller and SIPREC TR50 / TR60 HV transformer rectifier set.

The standard SIPREC control cabinet (H x L x W: 2000 mm x 600 mm x 500 mm) is mainly composed of fuse-disconnector, current transformer, SCR thyristor stack and SIPREC controller components. CLR, HV transformer, HV rectifier, HV coil and HV divider are integrated in the chamber of the HV transformer rectifier. Additional components can be added as needed. More detailed information on the operation and optimization functions is given below.
